This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Located just a short drive or golf cart ride to the beach.

Decorator touches abound in this home. Gorgeous kitchen with stainless appliances, wine fridge, and large farmhouse sink. Standard coffee maker.

Primary bedroom has Queen bed, smart TV and ensuite stand-up shower. Second bedroom has Queen bed. Third bedroom with full-size bed.
Ground level has a patio area, with charcoal barbeque and fenced yard.

Subdivision Amenities: The City of Jamaica Beach offers a seasonal public pool, admission with the purchase of a daily pool pass, playground and picnic pavilion area. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby plus Seven Seas, a local grocery store with a full-service meat counter.

Location: 3 minute drive to the beach; 11 mile drive to 61st Street; 15 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 11 mile drive to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Beautifully updated house in Jamaica Beach

My husband, son, son's best friend, and I had a wonderful mini-vaca at this cute house. It was very roomy for the 4 of us (the 2 full baths was a wonderful amenity); the fully stocked kitchen with appliances (including a wine fridge), cookware, and utensils had tons of storage; and the fun beachy decor was obviously very thoughtfully chosen for the space. The boys loved being able to play catch and football in the backyard, and the beach is a very short 1min drive across the road. This is an older neighborhood with friendly neighbors who you'll see jogging, walking, and driving around in golf carts. This house has been modernized, however, with amenities like a Nest thermostat, smart tvs, etc. It was an excellent little getaway.

We stayed here as a mini honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The property was well kept and updated. We enjoyed sitting in the covered porch area taking in the breeze. The public beach access is very close which made spending a few hours at the beach very easy. We would definitely stay again!
