You'll love the tranquility of this 3 bedroom/3 bath bayside home in Jamaica Beach. This home backs up to the nature preserve of Galveston Island State Park so plenty of opportunities for bird watching. Enjoy both beach and bay views with your morning coffee and Galveston's famous sunrises.
This open concept home allows everyone to gather to watch TV, play a game or prepare a family meal together.

The home features 3 bedrooms with the primary bedroom separate from the other two. The primary bedroom has a Queen Bed and an attached Primary Bath with tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. Third bedroom feature 2 twin beds with a TV (streaming access only) The secondary bath has a stand-up shower.
On the ground level there is a full bath with stand up shower and the washer and dryer is located here as well. Perfect after a day at the beach. There's also a picnic table to enjoy your freshly grilled meal. Standard charcoal bbg is at the home.
CARGO LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE
Location: 5 minute drive to the beach; 12.5 mile drive to 61st Street; 16 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 13 mile drive to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Subdivision Amenities: The City of Jamaica Beach offers a seasonal public pool, admission with the purchase of a daily pool pass, playground and picnic pavilion area. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby plus Seven Seas, a local grocery store with a full-service meat counter.
Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

The home was clean, comfortable and a stone's throw from the beach. We enjoyed our stay a great deal and would recommend it to anyone.
