This 1050 sq ft home features three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a shared hall bath. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunks. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room to sleep two more guests.

Relax on the multiple covered or uncovered decks, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze or relax in the shade while the kids play on the lawn. Includes an outdoor shower downstairs to rinse off the sand before heading inside.

This cute and freshly updated property is just steps from the beach. The house sits on large corner lot with easy street access. Washer and dryer upstairs.

Dogs are welcome at Sea La Vie and will require an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog. There is a limit of two pets at a maximum combined weight of 50 lbs. Under no circumstances are puppies under one (1) year of age allowed on the premises.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Outdoor Shower.

Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with en suite half bathroom. Bedroom 2 with a Queen. Hallway shared bathroom; Bedroom 3 with a Pyramid Bunk (Full on bottom, Twin on top). Large deck partially covered.

Second Level: Additional uncovered deck with great views.

Notes: Please use the directed beach access points for Spanish Grant, and do not cross over any dunes. This home works great with Ocean View.

Location: less than a 1 minute walk to the beach; 7 mile drive to 61st Street; 10 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 6.2 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
