This breathtaking home is your perfect escape to paradise! Located on a canal in Sea Isle, this 1,548 sq ft home is not only ideal for the angler but perfect for the whole family! Serenity Bay is the ultimate year round retreat with all the extra bells and whistles anyone could ask for in a vacation home.

When you pull up to the completely fenced-in property, you will notice the tropical landscaping making this home its own little hideaway. Come enjoy this downstairs tropical oasis including an open bar, bbq grill, swing seating, and fishing right off the dock. There is even a bathroom downstairs and outdoor shower for washing off after the beach, as well as a laundry area with washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find a large palapa covering part of the deck and outdoor seating. You will be sure to find a relaxing atmosphere at this elegant coastal home. The kitchen is fully stocked, includes a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a wet bar, so dinner (and drinks) for the entire family is a breeze.

Dogs are welcome at Serenity Bay at a limit of two (2) dogs at a combined max weight of 50lbs and with an additional $100 non-refundable fee required per dog.
Ground Level: parking for four vehicles; outdoor bar with seating area; half bath; laundry area with washer and dryer; outdoor shower; boat dock available but no boat lift option.

Main Level: open concept living area with vaulted ceiling including TV, DVD, and queen sleeper sofa; kitchen with large island seating, dining room, wet bar. Master suite has king bed, TV, private bath (shower only, no tub). Queen bedroom connects to Hollywood bathroom (shower only, no tub). Third bedroom with two full beds - one in the pyramid bunk with twin upper, and baby crib. Palapa covered deck with seating.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle community pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant.

Location: 5 minutes to the beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable on the West End of Galveston Island. Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
