The space

Wonderful waterfront fully fenced canal home. Great outdoor space for warm weather living. All three outdoor seating and dining areas boast water views. Main house is upstairs and features an air conditioned open concept design. The fully stocked center kitchen is flanked by living, dining and family seating areas. The living room offers comfortable seating to watch the large Smart TV offering Xfinity cable and internet services. Dining for up to six at the dark wood table and several more at the breakfast bar or choose one of three outdoor dining tables to enjoy group meals. The family room has a boat shaped trundle bed that features two exceptionally comfortable twin beds. Two bedrooms with luxurious queen beds and spacious dressers for your beach essentials. The Sand bedroom also has a desk, if you just can’t get away from work or school. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a shower, fluffy white cotton towels and toiletries. The bunkhouse bedroom is perfect for a little bit of independence from the main home as it is located adjacent to the breezeway on the first floor. It does NOT have interior access to main home. The bunkhouse, offers an additional air-conditioned bedroom for two with twin bunk beds and a half bath and convenient washer and dryer. Fresh air outdoor private shower and the large shaded breezeway with conversation area, dining table and charcoal grill make up this fully contained first floor living space. Relax in the cool shade as a gentle breeze blows while enjoying views of lush green grass, palm trees and the sun dancing across the spectacular water views. Bring your lawn games to enjoy day or night on the manicured, well lit, canal front grass area. Don’t forget your fishing poles! Fishing is incredible off our docks and bulkhead.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 2 minutes to the Beach; 16.2 mile drive to 61st Street; 20 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.2 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
