This breathtaking home is your perfect escape to paradise! Located on a canal in Sea Isle, this 1548 sq ft home is not only ideal for the angler but perfect for the whole family! Serenity Bay is the ultimate year round retreat with all the extra bells and whistles anyone could ever ask for in a vacation home.

When you pull up to the completely fenced in property, you will notice the tropical landscaping making this home its own little hideaway. Come enjoy this downstairs tropical oasis including an open bar, built in bbq pit, lounge seating, and fishing right off the dock. There is even a bathroom located downstairs and outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.

Upstairs you will find a large Palapa with outdoor seating covering part of the deck. You will be sure to find a relaxing atmosphere at this elegant coastal home. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a wet bar, so dinner for the entire family is a breeze.

Dogs are welcome at Serenity Bay at a limit of two (2) dogs at a max weight of 50lbs and with an additional $100 non-refundable fee required per dog.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicle; Outdoor Kitchen and Bar with seating area; Picnic table; Half bath; Outdoor Shower; Boat Dock available but no boat lift option.

Main Level: Open concept living room with vaulted ceiling including TV, DVD, and queen sleeper sofa; Kitchen with large island seating, dining room, wet bar; Bedroom with a Queen bed, and crib; Shared hallway bathroom (showers only, no tub); Bedroom with a Full bed, and pyramid bunk; Master Suite with King bed, TV, private bath (showers only, no tub). Palapa covered deck with seating.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available. Please click here for additional information, maps and photos.

Please note the boat in the pictures is not available, and has been removed from the home.

Location: 5 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
