Grab the boat and fishing gear because Bay Watch is a fisherman’s dream! Located on the main canal in Sea Isle with direct access to Galveston Bay where you’ll be catching the ‘big fish’ in no time.
Whether you like to fish from a boat or pier; this home has you covered. Downstairs features bench seating. The downstairs boat dock is available for parking your boat but the lift is off-limits. This home also offers access to the community fishing pier.
The large wrap around deck gives you views of the canals and our famous island sunsets! The deck includes an open uncovered area perfect for sunbathing, as well a large covered area to enjoy the shade and cool breezes.
Inside this quaint 1147 sq ft home is an open concept kitchen and living room with fun beachy décor. This quiet spot is also great for kayaking and canal swimming. This home has a wheelchair ramp to the upstairs level but it is not ADA approved.
Dogs are welcome at Bay Watch at a limit of two (2) dogs at a combined max weight of 50lbs and with an additional $100 non-refundable fee required per dog. Under no circumstances are puppies under one (1) year of age allowed on the premises.
During the summer months this home has a 3 night minimum.
Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Above water fishing spot light.
Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room. Shared bathroom off the living room area. Master Bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Bedrooms 3 is a Pyramid Bunk (Twin on top and Full on bottom).
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.
Location: 2 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Our family truly enjoys staying in Sea Isle. This was our first time at this property. The location was fabulous. It’s right across from the bay on the corner of the canals. It’s a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart drive to the marina as well. The deck has an amazing View of the bay and sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans plates glasses and silverware. The entire place was very clean. I would highly recommend this property and we will try to stay here again.

We had a wonderful two night stay in this canal home with bay views. Cozy home with a large kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit small but that’s typical for a beach house. We loved the upstairs and downstairs outdoor areas. Excellent fishing (catfish, redfish, croakers, spots and black drums) and room to grill downstairs as well as covered and uncovered areas to lounge upstairs. Management was very responsive when we had questions. House was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely return!

We loved the location of this canal home. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, better than other vacation homes we have stayed in. Everything cleaned and working. Only issues: secondary bedrooms are REALLY small, and the queen bed in bedroom 2 was sagging and needs the frame replaced. Couch in the living room has seen better days and needs to be replaced. Also, the grill is VERY small-only good for hamburgers and hot dogs really. Not the grill in the picture. This unit DOES have a Keurig-not in the listing! Also, they had a small storage cabinet that was loaded with boogie boards, a cast net, and other fun stuff! Nice touch! Deck was beautiful and spacious!! Needs a ladder into canal. Excellent location for getting to the marina and pier quickly, and for kayaking out into the bay!

We LOVED this house and would definitely stay again. My husband, son and father in law fished for two days straight! We also caught some blue crabs and had for dinner! Plenty of room for 6 and very good AC. Only two issues: the master bedroom doesn’t have a TV which was a bummer since the hubby was fishing all night, and be sure to bring food as the location is pretty remote, which we were prepared for and loved. But definitely a trip to the touristy side of town. Did like the fact that the beach access was just across the main road. The kids did swim in canal but there was not a ladder to get out so we had to pull one of them out as he was not able to get out. Everything else was great and I loved the kitchen, it was fully stocked, except for shell crackers,!
