Breakers Pointe is a 2200 sq ft beachfront home located in Pointe San Luis subdivision. This two-story home features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Beautiful distressed pine floors throughout the home plus lots of windows makes this home feel bright and spacious.
The large kitchen includes a breakfast nook facing the beach so you can enjoy beach views while eating. A large dining table brings the family together for meals and makes a great place to gather for family board games.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and sits in a cul-de-sac. Beach access is available with a community dune walk-over located just one home away. NOTE: Driveway will accommodate a maximum of 3 cars. Additional parking available behind the Gary Greene office

During the summer months this home has a 4 night minimum.
Ground Level: Parking for 2-3 vehicles; No Garage Access; Outdoor Shower.
Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; Shared bathroom off living room; Master Bedroom suite has a King bed, TV and master bathroom with shower and separate antique claw foot tub, also has deck access. Large deck with partially covered area and views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Second Level: Bedroom 2 with Murphy Bed (Double), TV and deck access; Bedroom 3 with two sets of Bunk Beds (4 Twins) and TV; Bedroom 4 with two Twin beds and TV; Bedroom 5 with one Queen Bed, TV and deck access. Two shared bathrooms
Location: 20.2 mile drive to 61st Street; 23.3 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 19.5 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

It was the perfect home for a family fun trip. Steps away from the beach. We unfortunately had cold wet weather but the house was perfect for gathering around the table for games. With amazing views.

We were absolutely so pleased with our choice the minute we walked into this cozy and charming house. We absolutely loved the decor and how well each room was put together. So much space to sit alone and read or gather together at the beautiful wood table set between the kitchen and living area. My husband and daughters felt right at home. I love to cook and I had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner… pots, pans and cookware were at my reach, including a new blender to make smoothies. The grocery store is also close by if we needed anything our family craved. Bring your beach towels and other things needed to sit comfortably on the beach! Our family will definitely be returning to this quiet perfect getaway beach front home!

oh my goodness, this was the perfect beach house for the perfect family reunion. There were five bedrooms. Four upstairs with so much room and one master downstairs. Great deck only thing that kept us from enjoying it that was the mosquitoes. There were myself and my husband my three kids and their children. We actually took the upstairs that has a Murphy bed, beds need a little bit more comfort on them and it was only a full size but we took one of the other twins and my husband slept on it on the floor lol. This place was so roomy. My heart is so full right now seeing my grandkids and it’s just a short walk to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer. amazing place to stay. Plenty of pots and pans. Plenty of spices that were left on site. So to sum it up, could’ve had more comfortable beds and Less mosquitoes!!!!

We had a great week long stay at this property! House was comfortable and cozy. Location was perfect! Parking in driveway only accommodates 2 1/2 vehicles. All others will need to park in street. There are no closets in the rooms, but there were hooks all over each of the rooms and bathrooms that made up for it. We initially planned on 12 people and ended up with 9. 5 adults and 4 kiddos. We would have been uncomfortable if all 12 had come. Wonderful week and would definitely rent the house again!!

Our group of 12 people, including 4 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has great beach access and a lovely balcony that we all enjoyed. Three of the bedrooms also have balcony access. We were disappointed to find out that they have a strict no visitor policy as we have family that wanted to visit during the day. They do make you sign a contract. You may consider asking to look over the contract before you book. The portion of the beach directly in front of the house has no vehicle access, which we were happy about. You can park nearby on the beach if needed, though. Overall it was a great location and accommodated our large group well.

This is a perfect house for our annual family beach trip; there is enough room to accommodate our grown children and their babies, whether we are sleeping, eating, playing board games or watching TV. The location is great since the beach crossover is just a few steps away. The view from the balconies is great as well. We will definitely be back!

I loved this house! It was beautiful and the perfect size for 12 people. The Beach access was incredible. We had a few very minor maintenance issues but the Gary Greene staff was on top of it. If you do plan to book I recommend you bring kitchen linens and large serving dishes/platters as these were definitely needed and in short supply. Try to bring everything you need because town is about 30 miles away plus traffic. I would book it again without hesitation.
Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful!! Great cabin to rent for families
