Looking for a place where you and your group can spend every minute of your Galveston getaway in the water, soaking up the Texas Gulf Coast sun? Look no further! Margaritaville on the Bay is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, canal home located in Sea Isle on Galveston's West end.
This home offers a private pool, great bay views, a fabulous outdoor kitchen, bar, and grill, and quick easy access to the bay. Perfect for a fisherman's getaway or family retreat. The interior features a large living room, open to the fully-stocked kitchen, a second floor master suite with a private bathroom and balcony. Excellent water views throughout the home, perfectly located for sunsets over the bay.
Notes: This home is not pet friendly. Charcoal grill provided. There is an additional smaller pool area great for children, this is NOT a heated hot tub.
Ground Level: Large outdoor kitchen, bar seating, charcoal grill; Fenced in yard/driveway; Private pool; Bulkhead; Fish cleaning station; No garage access. Parking for 4 vehicles.
Main Level: Partially covered deck, extending over the canal for sun bathing. Large open living and dining room, kitchen with additional breakfast bar seating. Hall closet with stack-able washer/dryer. Bedroom one features a Queen size bed, with smart Roku TV. Shared hallway bathroom, shower/tub combo. Bedroom two is great for the kids, with a pyramid bunk (Twin over a Full) and a pull out trundle underneath.
Second Level: Enjoy a private master suite with a King size bed, full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, smart TV, and your own deck featuring never-ending bay views.
All of TVs in the home are Smart TVs allowing guests to log in and connect to Netflix or other streaming services, in addition to regular cable service. Please use your own accounts, and sign out before you depart.
The home also has Bluetooth capabilities for guests to listen to music in the living room and outdoor kitchen area.
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.
Location: 5 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Beyond our expectations! Love this house and the area. Close to attraction, beach and totally enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock! Staff was so nice! Highly recommended!

The location was fabulous with amazing views and sunsets. Kids loved fishing off the dock and playing in the pool. The adults enjoyed cold drinks at the outside bar with two TVs. We rented a golf cart to go to the beach which was awesome!! No sand in our cars!! House was very cleaned and well stocked with necessary items. Walking distance to the marina where there is a restaurant, bars, bait shop and store!!

Everything was awesome! The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar by the pool! If you aren’t bringing a boat you can rent a charter to take you out! Loved everything about it.

This property was wonderful. The views of the Bay were incredible at sunset and sunrise. Our only complaint was the neighbors working on their house all day Saturday. I understand this is not something that could be controlled by the property owner! We look forward to staying at Margaritaville again and again!

This house was everything that we hoped it would be. The house was well appointed and very clean. We fished off the boat dock and caught a few.The outside area and pool are perfect. It has wonderful views of the canal and bay. The sunsets are awesome! We can't wait to stay here again!

Pros-House, downstairs outdoor kitchen/bar and pool were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure and air conditioning was perfect. Fishing/crabbing was great at the boathouse fishing pier and along the canal.Cons- Mosquitoes were terrible in the garage area when we first got there, while we were trying to unload our stuff. Used a couple of cans of fogger that we had with us and that pretty much did the trick. Next couple of days was so windy that there were no mosquitoes. No fans in the outdoor kitchen/bar area. No rod holders for fishing on fishing pier at boathouse. No soap in kitchen sink soap dispenser. No soap under the sink at all.These were just things that we noticed but overall the place was great and the neighbors were very polite and we would stay there again.
