Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Outdoor Shower.
Main Level: Living room with two Twin beds, TV and small dining area; Separate kitchen and half bath. Views of the beach from all rooms.
Second Level: Bedroom with 2 Queens and attached bathroom. Bedroom with Full bed and attached bathroom. Views of the beach from all rooms.
Location: less than 1 minute walk to the Beach; 17.5 miles to 61st Street; 20.6 miles to 25th and Strand; 16.7 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Melody was perfect! We visited with another couple and the house, amenities, etc. left nothing to be desired. Views of the beach from the decks as well as access to the beach is just awesome. We sat on the decks in the afternoon and watched flight after flight of pelicans fly right in front of us. Got some great pictures. The house is very well kept - very clean, fresh paint and great decorations. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location. Further down the island from larger crowds. Unique design with lots of natural light. Had everything we needed. Forgot and left a pillow behind and the manager was kind enough to reach out and offer to ship it to us. Have never had that happen before and it was truly appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for a family with teenagers. The house was very clean with great beach access. The beds were comfortable and there were two nice balconies to watch the sunrise! We would definitely stay here again.

The house is really cool and modern. Great proximity to the beach. There are LOTS of stairs! If you have someone in your group that is not in good physical condition, they are going to end up on a twin in the living area. Not a problem for us, though. Deck furniture is not as nice as the house. But we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Can't recommend enough. Different from the run-of-the-mill beach house, this place has some serious charm and character. very chic, funky, eclectic - but everything still works :) great decks, great location, cold and quiet AC, amazing views from every room. Many rooms have windows on all 4 sides! I've been to many beach houses and have never been to the same house twice. This one, I will come back to.

We loved our stay and never wanted to leave. Family of 4 and we had so much room. Love to see the ocean out every room. Walk right onto the beach. Sit on the balcony and read and drink your coffee. We will be back! Our oldest cried to leave.
