No matter what the weather brings, this house has entertainment for everyone. From an outdoor bar to a downstairs playroom, equipped with a foosball, air hockey table and large TV with streaming capabilities, there is enjoyment for everyone.
The interior features a large living room, open to the fully-stocked kitchen, a master suite with a private bathroom and rollaway bed, a second room with a Queen and a kids room with a twin trundle and loft bed. Excellent water views throughout the home, perfectly located for sunsets over the beach.

During the summer months this home has a 7 night minimum, Monday to Monday.
Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Outdoor Shower with Hot and Cold water; Full bathroom, Bar area, game room with a TV.
Main Level: Living room with views of the beach; Kitchen with dining area; Master Bedroom with Queen, TV with en suite bathroom; Bedroom with a Queen, Bedroom with a twin and trundle and loft bed(twin); Shared hallway bathroom.
Subdivision Amenities: Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle seasonal Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.
Location: 17.5 miles to 61st Street; 20.6 miles to 25th and Strand; 16.7 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

The location is wonderful. The hammock and porch are the best part. Great kitchen and communication with Gary Greene staff was above and beyond during a hard freeze and over the holiday weekend.

Nice house, great location. Nothing in the little game room was working (we didn’t use any TVs so can’t speak to that), needs towel hooks in the second bath for sure, and the beds were extra firm (pro or con depending on your needs). But the house was in a perfect spot, the kitchen super well equipped, and the beach here was amazing & clean. I had no trouble with cell service either. Watch for snakes anywhere in west beach/end of Galveston in the dunes- I would appreciate a bigger note about that in the rental as I found out day three… overall I would say the rental was a 4.0 rating.

Finally found a house right ON the sand. Made for easy beach outings with kids and gear. House well taken care of, decently stocked kitchen and very clean. Everyone enjoyed the hammock and deck. Would love to come back sometime!

We enjoyed this house and the location. Being able to walk right onto the beach was a huge plus. The dowsides were minimal - lack of drawer space/places to put suitcases, and the beds were so-so. All-in-all a great house, which made for a great trip to Galveston!

Great communication and check-in process. Property matched pictures. Location was perfect and secluded. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Grandkids didn't want to leave! Fully stocked kitchen..... Everything you would need as far as utensils, cookware and appliances. Would definitely visit again!

Great location. Right on the beach. Great Kitchen. They have everything for cooking and more than any other beach house we’ve stayed at. Great assortment of beach stuff including a wagon and chairs and a couple coolers. Overall, this was the best place we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at a bunch in Galveston and in Brazoria. We brought a bunch of stuff since we were staying a week, and we are only an hours drive away. If there had been more information on the inventory, we wouldn’t have brought some things. I know they can’t list everything, and they don’t check the inventory every week, and some renters leave stuff behind that they can’t take back with them, but something to think about. Helps people plan for what to bring. Also, would be good to have a page at the house explaining the different switches and remotes, or labels on them, but not a big deal.
