Beautiful Bayside home with Beach and Bay views!
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, watching the sunrise and listening to the sounds of the gulf. Plus enjoy spectacular Galveston sunsets from both front and back decks with bay views from the back. Sunbird Sunset has been totally remodeled and is a relaxing getaway. Living area features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, comfy seating to watch a movie on the large streaming tv. The galley style kitchen has quartz counters, wine fridge, plenty of counter space and large bar seating area. Dining alcove with built-in seating.
Home also has a pack-n-play and booster dining seat for the little ones.
Sunbird Sunset is dog friendly and has a partial fenced in area. We allow a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. There is a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Under no circumstances are puppies under one (1) year of age allowed on the premises.
Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Fenced area; Outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower; Picnic table, Charcoal BBQ grill; No garage access.
Main Level: Two open decks with seating; Open concept living, dining area; Kitchen with large bar-top for additional seating. Hallway bath with a tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and views of the Gulf. The third bedroom has two bunkbeds with thoughtful enclosed ceiling fan. Separate Primary suite with views of Gulf and Bay. Streaming TV. The primary bath has dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and King bed.

Location: 2 minutes to Beach access; 15.5 mile drive to 61st Street; 19.7 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 15.7 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

The property was in excellent condition. Everything was very clean and organized for convenience. The property management company was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The beach house was beautifully appointed with a big kitchen, nice bedrooms and clean spacious bathrooms. The kitchen ws the best stocked I have ever encountered here’s in a rental with foil, baggies, charcoal starter plus charcoal, and great utensils. The house was very comfortable. One downside was the master bedroom. The king size bed was like a cot and squeaked with every move. You could not hear the ocean, just the traffic on the road in front of the house. Accessing the beach was a bit of a walk. The beach was full of tar. Luckily we knew how to take it off our feet and left our shoes outside. I fear for the beautiful floors of people don’t know how to handle tar. I would suggest a note to renters about it. Over all it was a satisfying stay.
